@adi87tya Its Dönitz, with an umlaut (those two dots) on the o. That changes the sound and if you can't print umlauts then it's "better" to spell it "oe" rather than just "o" because the sound is closer to "oe" than a straight "o" sound. As is my humble, and somewhat limited, understanding...
