Hello everyone! if ur reading this, THANK YOU for visiting my profile :) you MUST be awesome!. anyways I am on a journey, a time in my life where i finally decided to get off my couch and off to the gym! and for good. I want to loose weight! i do, but for life, i dont want to just be in a diet or take any pills or have any kinds of surgeries, although that may help some people and if thats your case, well good for you for making a change any change is good, BUTTT i want to do this the rough, tough good old way, just working my butt off and learning how to eat the right portions and the right foods. I want to be happy; although, I am a happy person already, but i would love to LOVE myself and feel comfortable in my own skin :(
