About Me:

I'm an Atheist Type 1 Diabetic. I like to draw, play piano, keyboard, and drums. I've always loved to draw, and went to school to design concept cars (simply put). I also love to drag race (I actually hold a world record/title :) I am very passionate about my interests, and am an 'all-or-nothing' kind of person - if I'm into something, I put 100% of myself into learning about it. If I'm not? Then don't count on me devoting much time to it. I'm very interested in the advancement of the treatment of Type 1 Diabetes, but realize that 'the money is in the disease, not the cure' (as Chris Rock said so well!). I'd also like to help in educating people about the differences between Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes, since about 16,000 people under the age of 20 are diagnosed with Type 1 each year.. And Type 1 represents about 10 percent of the 'diabetic' population.
