So my names is Rob Dicaro im 19 years old and a bodybuilder. my first real show is coming up its april 30th 2011... but anyway people ask me all the time what got me into bodybuilding because how i used to be before about a year and a half ago they would never believe it me now. what got me into lifting i have to say is abs and i wanted to be a ufc fighter but then i started looking up videos and reading about workouts and i just was hooked and i wanted to get huge! and in this year i gaind a lot of knowlage i looked up reaserched everything about it and put it to the test and found the food and workouts that works best for me and i try and teach people that. like with my friends i train with they follow me for the most part but i want people to take away all the different movements and try and manipulate them in there own ways and make there own plans because no one knows your body better then you. same goes for food i have a bulk up plan up right now but thats old but that really helped me to gain 30 pounds of muscle in 3 months while having no greater then 10 percent body fat actually i got more shredded! so difficulty check that out but i have a new one coming out because as you adapt so does your body and it needs more. so i hope this channel and my videos can help you out! if anyone has questions people send messages i love giving advice because i know how hard it is in the beginning
