I'm 15 years old and I am already witnessing the destruction of my oceans, I have grown up around the ocean and it has been my home, sanctuary and saviour for my whole life but this has changed now. My sanctuary has now become my battle field. I started diving when I was 11 and have been qualified since. people are coming into my home and killing the sharks I love and treat as family for their fins. and they are justifying it and why are we letting this happen? fear. I am dropping my sports gear and schoolbooks and taking on a camera to shine a light in the darkness of why we are afraid of sharks. these people are coming into my home, taking my family and slaughtering them for their fins only and have caused 97% of the great barrier reef's sharks to disappear. I am no longer standing back and watching, I need you to help me and do the same.
