What I Ate Wednesday - Pancakes, Smoothies, Hummus & Lasagne

We decided to do a 'What I Ate Wednesday' having seen a few on YouTube. It turned out to be a lot of fun! Be sure to let me know if you'd like to see more of this type of content (but maybe not every Wednesday ;))

Hummus Recipe

1 400g can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
5 TBS of olive oil
2 TBS of water
1 TBS lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 TBS tahini (sesame seed paste)
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
