It was wet and wild. And I ought to have snapped more pictures. The best part was where the Border Scouts met up the Chinese Crested group. The Hairy VS The Hairless. You should have been there.

Memories of my Daughters' border terrier Jackson Pollock aged 5 years. His short life ended May 9th 2008, killed by a fox.............
These are some words my Daughter Emily wrote to a friend.
"It's so hard to lose these little brown dogs who become so important to us -- not everyone understands how much we love them. My world feels very empty now. Tonight I went and sat by his grave, where we have planted a rose called 'summer song', and I felt a sense of peace -- I hope he will be waiting for me somewhere, waiting for the time we can be together again and he can cuddle up against me for the special tickles he loved so much."............'Days' sung by Kirsty MacColl.........
