Chris, how much of the maple syrup drink did you drink today? I almost quit today on DAY 8, dec. 07th, the same day you cheated. But I drank more maple syrup and my appetite was curbed and im doing better. But seriously, around 1 PM or 12 PM I almost gave in and ate a Costco chicken bake.
