In addition to teaching group fitness, I am also an avid figure skater and off-ice conditioning coach. When I was working on my MS in Kinesiology, we did all our coursework (exercise phys, biomechanics, etc) focused on one sport...mine was figure skating, and I've created tons of workouts for figure skaters, including four commercial products. So in addition to my group exercise stuff, I've included all kinds of exercise programs--from yoga to agility work on the BOSU to strength training--that skaters of all levels can do off-ice to improve their on-ice performance =)
