we shouldn't blame them for everything. maybe there boss wants them to do it. on the other hand, if they depends totally on their salaries they wouldn't be able to support their family, possibly they would die of hunger.

I just can't connect my dell venue pro to my mac. When I connect them, it says Synchronisation complete on my phone and the Windows Phone 7 Connector application launched on my mac, but nothing happens after that, it looked as if nothing really happened. Please help.
