Tayo is more than just your typical 18 year old studio geek from Bayshore, Long Island with a backpack full of raps. He's also quite possibly the best lyricist since the late great Big Pun. Need I say more...ok you asked for it he's nice, he's fresh, he's blessed, and he's Puerto Rican, no pun intended, well it really doesn't matter because that doesn't change his natural ability to speak the language of music.
So how does a studio geek like Tayo come into being? Is he a product of his environment or is it nature or nurture? Well it happens to be that its a little of everything. Being raised in Brooklyn for most of his childhood to then moving to Bayshore, a place where life can remind one of how neighborhoods look like in movies such as Twilight, has definitely given Tayo a sense of balance. And Being born with a high lyrical IQ plus having a mother that would quote musical verses when trying to make a point is what made Tayo the artist he is.
Today Tayo is showcasing his talent virally and in clubs up and down the east coast. He has just released his latest music video "Haymaker" and continues to geek it up in the studio.
