In my recent videos I'm about 185lbs. After a short period of bulking, I got to 190, I decided to cut a little bit for the summer. In September I'll start a slow bulk period again.

I make these videos to track my progress. I'll post new ones every few weeks. All the positive comments are appreciated!

I do have one question how many grams of protein should I have in a day I usually consume between 80-92 grams depending on what I eat. I am 5'4" and weigh 121lbs.
