* A lot of things! Compost it, use it in recipes (I don't personally do this), feed it to farm animals, scatter it in the forest to naturally biodegrade—or? The options are endless! So be creative—and Google it! :D

ISN'T FIBER GOOD FOR ME? WHY JUICE, WHEN I CAN BLEND—AND KEEP THE FIBER?
* Of course fiber is good for you! BUT THE POINT OF JUICING IS TO REMOVE THE FIBER & give your body a rest so it doesn't have to "work" at extracting the nutrients from fruits & vegetables—it just takes them right into your bloodstream!

HOW CAN I STORE MY JUICE TO KEEP IT FRESH? FOR HOW LONG?
* Drinking juice fresh is best but IF you store it PROPERLY it will last 2-3 days MAX in an AIRTIGHT GLASS MASON JAR w/ PLASTIC CAPS like these (do NOT use metal, it will rust) http://JARS.life-regenerato...

* Ummm...YES! Of course! I just like to make a lot of juicing recipe vids—I also make food ones too, try a YouTube search on liferegenerator salad to see what comes up! I DO NOT ENDORSE living on only juice 24/7/365. Rather, please enjoy 1-2 juices a day—at least 2 hours APART from meals—plus 1-3 HIGH FIBER meals/snacks of WHOLE FRUITS & VEGGIES! Then you'll have the best of both worlds: high nutrition you actually absorb AND high fiber to keep your digestion strong & your bowels moving!
