— 1 bunch Kale
— 1-2 Cucumbers
— 1 bunch Parsley
— 1 bunch Cilantro
— 1 bunch Spinach
— 1 head Romaine Lettuce
— 1 head Celery
— 1 piece of Burdock Root, peeled
— 4 Carrots


* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICER.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Add ice if desired, and enjoy!

— Carrots are good for the kidneys, and for the beautification of your skin!

— Cucumbers help to keep your kidneys clean by flushing them with electrolytes!

— Parsley neutralizes odors, keeping your breath fresh & your kidneys clean!

— All of these dark green veggies & herbs are a great source of amino acids!

— Cilantro detoxifies heavy metals from your body! But if you really can't stand the taste, then just leave it out of your juice...

— Yes, juicing may seem like an expensive thing to regularly do, but think of all the money you will save from going to the doctor! I myself haven't gone to the doctor in over 12 years (and I only went 12 years ago as I injured my wrist..)

— Lettuces are very good for your liver!

— Celery keeps your stomach acids balanced, and helps nutrients to penetrate all of your cells, while simultaneously helping to remove toxins from your cells.

— Burdock is a powerful, healing herb!

— Carrots provide a nice sweetness to your juice and give you lots of energy!

— If you can, have a green juice before you get a massage! It will help to soften up your tissues and build & purify your blood during your massage! Green juices are alkaline so it will neutralize the acidic wastes coming out of your cells!
