I am a public speaker, trainer, and writer who is passionate about cooking up imaginative food and team building experiences in the kitchen.

After a 20-plus year career in corporate America I enrolled in culinary school, sold my house, tucked my belongings into a storage unit, and rented a room about 10 minutes from school to follow my life-long passion, cooking.

Today I teach cooking classes, lead culinary team building events, and share her insights on cooking and gathering at the table as a public speaker.

At the centerpiece of this journey to culinary school for me is my belief in the power of gathering at the table where life happens and lives are transformed.

My message of transformation is as relevant and inspiring for the reinvention of corporate cultures and work teams as it is for the American family.

I earned her AAS with Highest Honors in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Dallas and Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from the University of Utah with the honor of Magna Cum Laude. I live in Dallas where I enjoy exploring the flavors and tastes of local food and gardening.
