Film Maker, Digital Artist and Photographer based in Adelaide, Australia.

Paulo graduates from Flinders University, Adelaide in 2012 with a Masters in Creative Arts, Screen Production. He graduated with a Diploma at MAPS Film School in 2011 specialising in cinematography and production. He Graduated with a Bachelor of Creative Arts Honours Degree in 2010. In 2009 he completed a Bachelor of Arts and Majored in Digital Media with Minors in Screen Studies & Political Sciences.

Prior to university he completed Certificate IV in Multimedia and Diploma in Public Relations.

In 2010, he wrote and directed the Sammy D Foundation television commercial, and directed, wrote and performed in a gay themed music video which was screened in queer film festivals in the UK, USA and in Australia.

In 2009 he was the winner of the ACS Foundation video competition where he submitted a short two minute flash animated video on how ICT improves lives.

Paulo became a MEGA Alumni after he received a scholarship from Flinders University to participate in the program. Mobile Enterprise Growth Alliance is an incubatorship for the development of mobile content and applications. With the direct guidance and mentoring of Australia's leading industry experts, his ideas were fine tuned and pitched to a panel of investors and industry leaders culminating in a polished business proposal and portfolio.
