Is it just me or did Dorothy and Sophia look older in the early seasons and then younger as the show went on? (come to think of it, I think that applies to all the golden girls!)

I think this might be her best song! It's unfair that it gets overshadowed by stuff like Greatest Love of All and I Will Always Love You, but at least I can listen to this on a regular basis rather than feeling drained and devastated. Great song from her...RIP

@mememe963 Agreed, but that doesn't make it ironic. More of a double entendre, a double meaning--he could have meant the literal apple, or what the apple represents.

Yeah, I would have liked to hear his comments on your playing too. Great job though! Out of curiosity, whose recordings of this do you like? I've always loved Martha Argerich playing this but I also feel she's a shade too fast in it?

I think the beautiful melody at :54 needs to be projected more. But that's my only issue. Otherwise, you did a really terrific job with this!!!! Way to keep the tempo consistent throughout all the way to the end.

Guess that was a pretty tough boss after all :)
