Lewis Clarke (born 28 September 1988 in Tiverton) is a community publisher for a website in Tiverton, and town councillor for the Cranmore Ward.

Clarke was educated in his hometown at Combe Mead (now Wilcombe) Primary School, and then went onto Tiverton High School. He then continued to do A-Levels at Taunton's, Richard Huish College and then a journalism degree at Bournemouth University.

He began his media 'career' in 2003 when he delivered the free weekly paper - The Mid Devon Star. In 2008 he did a work placement with the Mid Devon Gazette and worked there during the summer as both a reporter and a video journalist.

In 2009 he continued filming in various places all across the South West, and in June became community publisher for www.tivertonpeople.co.uk where most videos are embedded as well as on the Mid Devon Gazette's website.

In January 2010 Lewis completed two weeks work placement at the BBC in Plymouth.

In 2011 Clarke finished his degree in Multimedia Journalism at Bournemouth University, became a Tiverton Town Councillor and participated in Channel 4's Coach Trip.

He is currently using the JVC Everio GZ-HD6 camcorder and from 2011 the Sony HXR-MC2000.
