What a sensational talent. The US is producing phenomenal sopranos - Latonia Moore, Ailyn Perez, Amber Wagner - these young women are already amongst the best in the world.
Old enough to be the grandmother of the character she's playing, and old enough to be the mother of the singer playing her beau, La Devia sings and acts this to perfection, and defines the role. I wonder if she plans to sing it on stage? I hope she does!
