Hey great stuff . My son does a cool thing with the meat off the breast. He make dove kabobs. Since there is not much meat on them ,one side of the breast filleted off makes a nice sized piece that goes great between a mushroom or a piece of green pepper. He marinates it over nite in Diana sauce...
