Hi Julian,

I'm on a roll now and did your chicken dupiaza with pre-cooked chicken. Quite frankly I could have stopped at the pre-cooked chicken stage and eaten that! The sauce tasted really great. Finally sourced some coconut flour at £3 per 250 grammes which was best I could find. May be a good idea to post how you can make it from dessicated coconut, with 4 times hot water than coconut to extract coconut milk (using muslin and squeeze) Than drying out residual coconut in a low heat oven. Simply grind to a flour in a blender after that. Thanks Kevin

Was just wondering weather you cud let us all know the method and spices for jalfrezi and a bhuna bearing in mind i made the base gravey exactly how you did and precooked the chicken which turnes out deliciose with a garlic kick to it..also in your opinion whats the best souring agent to use..thanks
