The origin of this government is based on libertarian principals, it just wasn't called libertatianism back in the day. Paul is actually a classical/Jeffersonian Liberal, but the term "liberal" has changed over the course of time as well. It used to be a reference to "liberty".

Paul thinks faster than he can speak at times...and he gets excited over speaking about liberty. This is by no means a fault. The more people understand what has been missing, the more they realize that Paul is the only real alternative to the mess we are in.
