A few words about racism that seems to becoming endemic:
Like many so termed 'libtards' I have found the questions asked and statistical evidence presented by the BNP faithful on crimes perpetrated by blacks, difficult to handle. Common sense tells me what I'm being told is wrong, but the facts seem to speak for themselves. According to UK and USA studies and government reports in regards to violent crime or drug offences blacks are 8 times more likely to be the perpetrator, in proportion to their population size than are whites.
The majority of all crime is still carried out by the majority white population, this much is certain, but the statistics show clearly that blacks 8 times more likely to offend than whites in proportion to their population size.
The normal Liberal argument as to why the statistics show such a high proportion of Black offender would be based on the lack of social programmes, broken homes, poverty, poor housing, poor education, an enforced culture of under achievement, drug abuse, gang culture, rap music; The list goes on.
I have never been entirely satisfied with this approach. In my mind there must have been more, so to this end I've looked at a huge amount of data, and just as much data analysis. From this work I have discovered some interesting facts. I expected to be able to prove the statistic data was flawed, and in many cases it is. More worrying though is the trend in which race has become a factor in the Justice System.
From start let's be clear, white collar and corporate crime are not reflected in the crime statistics. My assumption would be that these are inherently crimes perpetrated by whites, but unlike the BNP I wouldn't jump to any unsubstantiated conclusions.
To begin with let us look at drugs and drug related offences:
According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, among youths aged 12 to 17, the rate of current illicit drug use was 11.1% among whites, and 9.3% among blacks. In a previous year, the same survey found that white youths aged 12 to 17 are more than a third more likely to have sold drugs than black youths. However black youths are arrested for drug offences at about twice the rate times that of whites, and black youths represent nearly half (48%) of all the youth incarcerated for a drug offence in the juvenile justice system.
Next let's look at the figures for carrying weapons:
According Youth Risk Behaviour Survey, in 2001 whites and blacks reported similar rates of carrying a weapon (whites 17.9%, blacks 15.2%), and similar rates of carrying a gun (whites 5.5%, and blacks, 6.5%). Yet black youths represent 32% of all weapons arrests, and were arrested for weapons offences at a rate twice that of whites.
Now let's look at assaults:
According to Youth Risk Behaviour Survey, blacks report being in a physical fight at a similar rate (36.5%, versus 32.5% for whites), but were arrested for aggravated assault at a rate nearly three times that of whites.
Over the last 40 years the prison population has gone from 2/3 white to 2/3 black. There is much evidence, some quoted above, that the Justice System is unduly influenced by the race element. There are much higher arrest, prosecution and conviction rates for black than whites, and in addition harsher sentencing.
Finally let's look at the most inflammatory statistics:
111,490 white women were raped, 44.5% by white males and 33.6% by blacks.
36,620 black women were raped, 0.0% by white males and 100.0% by blacks.
An apparent disproportionate rate of offending once again. There are some very important points to note, an estimated 42000 black women who failed to secure a prosecution for rape against whites, and although rape is far more prevalent where both the victim and the offender are acquainted, in rapes where this is not the case offenders tend to be white.
All that said, yet again though this data is based on arrest, prosecution and conviction figures.
Almost no black women have successfully proved rape by a white man. Rather than proving blacks carry out more rapes, the figures actually only show blacks are more likely to be convicted of rape than whites.
