thats called "slavic cases" in the slavic grammar of many slavic languages (in this case serbian). macedonian is the only slavic language w/o any cases. it is still the name "aleksandar" but with this case u have to change it to "aleksandra" .... so "aleksandar makedonski" becomes "...
