About the substance of things hoped for...
I grew up in Central Africa and all over the world. I spent decades in the United States (Hawaii, Utah), a physician working as a scientist. I have many areas of interest and I understand and hang out with people from all walks of life.
I have raised alone for most of her life a daughter that I love, who is now 25.
In November 2010, I have resettled in the small island of Maupiti (French Polynesia) to return to a simple lifestyle. Maupiti is just that, with everything that its neighbor Bora Bora has lost long ago.
I love to interact with honest people from all nations and all walks of life. Looking forward to contribute to global welfare, happiness and spirituality in a small community.
In Maupiti, among other things I have become involved with tahitian outrigger canoe paddling and a small group of paddlers, Tamarii Maupiti Vaa, who are defying the odds with notable success against well-funded outfits from large islands of French Polynesia. I will try to assist them with YouTube postings and a Facebook presence.
I am much into sports, including surfing, open-water swimming, tahitian outrigger canoe paddling (V1), soccer. Fishing also, but more as a lifestyle rather than a sport.
