What a great collection of higlights from a fabulous baritone.. a major major voice. it was such a shame he ended up with a paralyzed vocal cord.( not that uncommon of a disease... as i have heard of several with it, and normally it ends their careers.).

Absolutely fabulous.. Compare this performance to ANY of any other singer, and tell me which is better.? Callas is better. It is perfect.. the high notes are all in order and so is the rest of the voice... its under control, and its perfect musically,

@babaloula Freni's voice had a roundness. and was plump.. whereas.. Scotto and tebaldi had more metal in their voices.. Freni's voice was a pure lyric sound.. and very lovely.
