@TehUberCyberBeast that's an easy catch for Sven his spotter, a world strongest man champion and legendary deadlifter, that's a partial deadlift for him and he could lift a hundred kilos more as a partial top end without breaking sweat.

just curious, as a sports coach and ex athlete i always advise everyone to keep their feet on the ground while benching, why the feet up?

Yeah, but in squatting and deadlifting and even pressing Bill would have the edge, and in terms of gripstrength Bill was awesome, Zydrunas is pretty good, the best i think since magnus ver magnusson and sigmarson.
