UPDATED: It's been 4 years or so since I wrote my info here. I realized I've changed a lot since, much has happened, and so I want to update it. The bare bone of it is that I'm just a man dreaming to do what I love. We all can claim as much, and I am no different. What I love in essence, is to regale others with stories. Whether with characters of my own or others, I wish to convey their story to you in the best way I can. It's hard to explain the thrill of commanding the steps of extraordinary individuals, to evoke their dialogue into epic conversation disguised in the mundane. Gods can converse about work over coffee, and the average Joe can build the atom bomb or discover the greatness within him.
Over the last 4 years of my life, I have lived in the U.S, and that has changed my perspective a lot. Back in Venezuela, where I am from, things are pretty black and white. There isn't room for diversity or other opinions; one either is from the main group, or an outcast. That's not to say the main group are all evil bastards or anything, no, far from it. I've always prided myself in coming from a unique group people, full of pride and love for each other. However, nothing is perfect, and thus there is lack of empathy and understanding for those like me, who want more than what they offer. So here I am, in the land of opportunity and tolerance...well those have muddled a bit over the years ;) but the message remains. Here, one can have pink hair, wear black, be gay, ask questions, etc. Those who look will always find people to accept them, their cultural and intellectual brethren (I have found many of mine online even), and that is the quality I love the most about my new home.
I do what I do because I want to, and there should be no other reason. Now, as for the content of my channel, to be perfectly honest, I started abridging because it was the cheapest way to tell a story. I originally tried to do short films, but couldn't get my hands on any equipment, so once I saw Team4star's work, I knew this was a way I could tell my stories. It gave me a great opportunity to polish my humor, which was not great when I started, gotta say ^^. Humor is a key tool in writing, and in abridging, it's THE tool. Another blessing was the vast network of friends/co-workers I developed. A lot of abridgers, I noticed, preferred to work alone. Whether this was a preference, or just the result of low social skills it didn't matter. I wanted to works with others, so I set to find my actors. It be too long to go in detail of all the people I've worked with, but I can say without hesitation the greatest blessing came my three closest friends here. LordJazor, the greatest actor I know, Midgettoe2000, a great partner in crime and consigliore, and Starbeastrave, who is quite frankly, the funniest guy I've ever met in my life...and I've met Robin Williams ^^ To all my others acting mate, I love you all, I just highlight these 3 cause they're the ones I've know the longest, and have really stood with me regardless of whatever.
I guess I'll end this little soul bearing with a little glaze of my persona. If I were to describe my outer layer in one word, it would be...Vintage. What can I say; I'm an old soul, sprinkled with hip. I love Jazz, Blues, Opera and Classic Rock, and yet I can't resist shaking my ass to the latest Will.I.AM song, or Don Omar's beat. I collect Fedoras, but love a cool graphic T-shirt. I am transported by the old school movies from De Niro and Pacino, but won't be above watching the latest Teen comedy for a few laughs. I love me some rum and vodka, but I will never drink alone. I would hang out with my friend 5 days a week, but would ask for at least 2 to my own no matter what. I don't think reading comic books or watching cartoons in just for kids, they have evolved more matured audiences even if some won't see it. So that's me laid bare for you, love me, hate me, I'm gonna keep being me either way ;)

@deathspartan209 I have no plans to abridged Teen Titans...ever. To me, that's a show that abridged itself. Wouldn't make any sense to do it. As you mentioned, the one attempt made at it was pretty bad, in my opinion anyway, so no, not interested. Still, we absolutely love abridging Young Justice, which is pretty much another version of the Titans. If you haven't checked it out, i recommend you do over at our new channel "DCAbridgedUniverse"

Hey leik777 I really liked your batman abriged I just have one question.....do you think you could do a Teen Titans Abriged? theres only 1 on Y tube that I know of....and the voice acting...well.....kinda sucks......I know for sure that you would make an AMAZING Teen Titans Abridged....thanks for taking the time to read this!!
