About Me:
Ankylosing means fusing together. Spondylitis means inflammation of the vertebrae. A.S relates to an inflammatory condition which produces new bone and leads to fusion. It's a chronic Auto immune disease which affects the bones, eyes, lungs, bowel and heart. It can fuse the hips and spine together. It is a disease that unless you have it you will never understand it or the impact this has on a persons live. There is no cure so we need to spread awareness and help others with AS and to help to find a cure.
There are also a lot of other complications that us ASer's have to go through with A.S. I also have Dactylitis, Sacroilitis to go with it.
A.S is a disease that unless you have it you will probably never understand it and how much impact this disease has on a persons life.
I try my best to spread Awareness of AS so i can help other AS sufferers like myself, and to help find a cure!

I've recently been diagnosed with "probably ankylosing spondylitis", but i've had symptoms of spinal pain, stiffness, low heart rate and fatigue for about 8 years.
Anyways: When I feel down because of pain and fatigue, I often play this video and it always makes me feel better. So thanks a lot!!!
