@TylerD2116 when you get a high enough Smithing level to make an Armour and put a perk in it, it will become available at the shops but it's worth making what you want because the shops only have one or two items of what you want.

I just travelled to Dawnstar and went looking for a pickaxe at the blacksmith and he had 4 quicksilver ingots lol. but good vid anyway :P
