The sound of true freedom pulses through the original music of Legend Heart. The bands' music has a feel that is uniquely theirs, as they release music through their own label, Legend Heart Records. Reno West and Suzette Monique pursued their goal of bringing to life an eclectic music collection written over the past twenty years, and along with Partner Bob Roberts, they continue to grow stronger with each CD and song they release. Legend Heart has two musical flavors. One flavor is a hard driving, heavy metal, progressive rock sound. The other flavor is a lighter, acoustic, pop-like melodic fare. The bands' major influences include classic artists from the 1960s and 70's, including The Beatles, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Simon & Garfunkel, and Janis Joplin to name but a few. On the fun side, Legend Heart often performs some classic rock favorites along side their original music. The band is releasing two new CD's in 2009. One on the heavier side, followed by a lighter fare of songs. They look forward to performing their live rock and acoustic shows for friends and fans. For them, it is a very exciting time to be a true independent!
