Been doing this for YEARS. Here's another trick....... soak the corn FIRST for a half hour IF the husks appear a little dry........otherwise, wrap each ear in plastic wrap them microwave. I usually only go 6 minutes for 2 ears.

Another way is to LEAVE THE HUSKS ON and drop it into a pot of wat...
