I simply use a Harken block and 6mm dyneema. no need to have a 3:1 system with North kites as this means you have to pull too much rope so 2:1 is best. some heavier bar pressure large kites do need 3:1 however. If you are in the UK come down for some training and remember you need to put the hour...
