Hey, I started this so I could show my family 'n' friends the progress I will be having with my Gastric Bypass surgery. But am finding a deepier personal healing as I do my videos. Just so you know, back in May 2001 upon arriving in Costa Rica I set a goal to lose weight, by March of 2003 I had managed to lose 128 lbs. I maintained myself for awhile but back in late 2004 I began to gain some of it back :-(. I HAVE FINALLY HAD ENOUGH!!! and entered the WLS program in March 2006.

Highest weight ever in May 2001 (528 lbs)
Start of wls program Mar. 2006 (481.8 lbs)
