About this user

LebaneseMetal.com is a local website to support the Lebanese Rock & Metal Bands and to spread them locally and internationally through Interviews, Reviews, News, Photos and everything related.

Historiography:
In 2006, LebaneseMetal.com was an idea that was created by a bunch of friends that got sick of the routine local websites, and thought about starting a new, fresh idea. However, due to the circumstances of the country, the idea simply vanished, though the website had been purchased back then. In 2009 the rebirth of the brilliant idea was brought up again since the metal scene faced some extreme push-forward concerts. And here is where we started, officially, as one of the leading rock & metal websites in Lebanon & the Middle-East.

Our Mission:
The LebaneseMetal.com mission is to bring the talented underground bands to the front, main music scene, whether its locally or internationally. Not to forget that we are going to keep you updated with local metal news and provide you with the latest events happening in the scene, along with brief interviews, reviews, releases, photos , and much more. LebaneseMetal.com will always support its Middle-Eastern neighbors, as they share our thoughts and soul.

Future:
The idea in the start is to launch a small website and jump into a bigger idea, and this is whats going to happen as long as you dont give up on us, our quality will remain of the highest possibly obtainable.

Let us promote you:
As long as youre a decent and committed band, who has released at least 2 tracks during 3 years, youre free to send us your biography; discography, general band info & pictures, and we shall take it from there. We will review your material, list you in the Bands List page and maybe interview you on every release you make, not to forget that your music will be played on all our media web partners.

Writing for us:
You'll be a "Freelance Metal Journalist" - Think about that for a second. All that is required is that you have an acceptable level of written and spoken English, as well as an interest to discover a boatload of music that you never knew existed. If that sounds interesting to you, send us a sample review of any album or gig you have heard or seen recently - or possibly a sample of your work if you've previously written for another webzine/magazine. You need to send it to Admin@lebanesemetal.com along with your contact information, and we will get back to you. Note: you could as well use the Contact Us page.
