I currently manage the provision of ALISON premium services worldwide, namely ALISON Manager, and I am also responsible for ensuring our client's expectations of this service are met. I coordinate the ALISON Referral Partner Programme worldwide, ensuring all necessary support and information is made available to our participating programme partners. Throw my role as Business Development Manager, I am responsible for forging partnership and working relationships with a variety of distribution channels for education and training worldwide. Supported by this insight, I also head up Content Acquisition at ALISON and am responsible for growing the range and reach of the courses offered on ALISON. Prior to joining the ALISON team, I worked in Senior Account Management and Sales in both the Financial Services and Medical Industries. I have a bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in both Human Resources Management and IT, is a Qualified Financial Adviser, am NLP Certified and a certified trainer and I volunteer locally at the Galway Adult Basic Education Service where he tutors adults in literacy, numeracy and basic ICT.
