My passions include playing the piano, and writing for my own enjoyment. There are many things I'm trying to figure out in life right now, and having this YouTube channel helps to play a role in that. The purpose of my channel is to play covers of many songs that I have come across. I am planning to make covers with my friends and upload videos of that soon, so please stay tuned! Also, please rate if you can and leave constructive criticism or just comments. :)

Sometimes I just love looking at my old videos and watching how much I grew as a musician. Which is why I don't have the heart to delete any of the really bad ones.. because if I do, then they'll be lost forever and I don't really want that. So bear with those when watching!

So how did I grow as a musician?

Well, when I opened this username 2 years ago [wow! such a long time ago!!] my first video I put up was River Flows in You, which I played for my middle school talent show. I recorded it in hopes that it would receive as well a welcoming as it did when I played for an audience. Well, it didn't. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't what I was gunning for. So that fired me up to try even harder. I started printing out more sheet music that tailored to my tastes, and worked on them whenever I had the chance. All in all, I am proud to say that I can now sightread pretty much all music [not at a genius level, but enough to get through a song in less than an hour when previously it took me days or even weeks] and my style has improved too. I now take into careful consideration how fast and loud I play and make sure not to pound the keys.

How long have you been playing?

I get this one a lot so I'll answer it. I've been playing for about 12 years, but only took lessons for 8 years. And by only, I mean I was one of those kids who HATED the piano, and despised practicing because their parents made them play. When my parents finally let me quit, I realized soon after that I missed playing only not the classical music aspect of it. That's when I started playing music that motivated and made me happy to play. [I couldn't even sightread more than a few notes or even both hands together after 8 years of lessons! The teacher just made me memorize and that is a really bad technique.]

So where do you get your amazing sheet music?

I AM the sheet music finding master. I've been doing it for a while now, and now that more people are on the internet the easier it is to find sheet music. It's been a little less than a year since I found this amazing site that has EVERYTHING on it. I feel bad because I've been neglecting people's comments about where I get sheet music because it's just so much and I don't want to only give some people it and nothing to others. So here it is:

As for the Korean music, I have a book and sheet music I bought at a store but I don't have a way of copying onto the computer so I'm sorry about that!

Well enjoy! I would hate enjoying all that sheet music when I know that there are others who could appreciate it as much as I do.
