The prime enemy of the Kurdish nation today is the Turkish state, its ultra-right wing military and its fascist supporters, whose chief aim is to keep the Kurdish people in chains and disenfranchised.

I ask you, where are the democratic Turks who rise in support of their fellow Kurdish citizens? They are very silent or remarkably ignorant of what is going on in their own country. This is a damning indictment of the Turkish civil movement or what exists of it.

We will soon have a state. Let us move forward independently, educating ourselves, and remaining united. Through resolve, weight of numbers (we are a large nation, some 40-50 million strong) and strong leadership.

But let us amuse ourselves for now as our Turkish enemies get coronaries as a result of their xenophobic hysteria and aversion to anything Kurdish.
