low fat diet = depression? :D i lost 80 pounds on a low fat diet. and I've been skinny for years AND happier than ever for years.

it's not that low fat leaves out fat. it lowers it. any extrem is bad

moderation is the key. it's as simple as that

i used to be fat and I went on ONE diet and have been skinny ever since. and YES. people who are obese eat a lot and don't move enough :)

otherwise they'd be hot and slim.
