02-26-10 - Month 1 complete of diet -330lbs
03-26-10 - Month 2 complete of diet - 332lbs
04-26-10 - Month 3-4 Depends on how the Dr writes it. Haha - 321 (his scale - my scale 316.8)
05-28-10 - 323 (+7lbs) & Physc. Eval done
06-15-10 - 6 Month weigh in (-1 lbs) All the paperwork will be submitted to insurance this coming week (06-21-10) so let's pray for a speedy approval
06-23-10 - everything is done - and submitted to the insurance company today. Come on Approval!
07-09-10 - Approved! July 26th is my date!
07-12-10 - First day of my 2 week liquid diet w/ sensible dinner diet!
