Hi, just thought i'd let you know, a steakhouse runs out of prime rib for usually one reason, there wasnt enough prepared before hand, its take longhorn about 4 1/2 - 5 hours to cook prime rib and they more than likely were busier than expected, so theres no need to bash the resturant =)
