There's no such thing as "lower abs." It's one big sheet of muscle. Ab workouts that engage the entire muscle are best.

Snacks: 20 almonds (The natural organic ones are best for you if you can stand the taste, which I can't. I just use the nutrition ones by Planters.) with a light string cheese or a green apple with reduced fat peanut butter.
