@ShannonPutnam I'm guessing that it refers to the ancient greek belief about the mute swan who only sings one song before they die. Now the swan song is referred to as the last word. Hope that helps.

@AfricanWoolf I use to agree with you until I did more research and realized that the majority of people dont take out loans for ridiculous things or loans that they couldnt normally pay back over time, but the interest and hidden(in contract terms that even well educated people dont understand)...
