The civil war wasn't about slavery!!!!!! if you actually read an accurate book slavery was on its way out.....it would have been gone by 1866...it was more about the north trying to pressure the south ..and not giving the south something we fought for in the revolutionary war STATES RIGHTS....sur...

its sad that people think the civil war is about slavery when it wasn't....the union claimed to be saints when they weren't.....infact the south was the first to use an all black regiment..not only that but they weren't treated like the ones in the north they were right with the other confederate...
