Been trying to leave additional comments but they are not going through. I hope this message reaches you. I did a couple of articles on the SAL's Carolina Division on abandonedrails.com. You can go there and click on South Carolina or Georgia and see the articles and neat Pictures. Unfortunately, they mislabeled it as the EC Division as well. But just know it was all the Carolina Division as they never corrected it. The Everett Sub from Savannah to Jax was formerly the Jacksonville Sub of the same Carolina Division and became part of the new Savannah Division after the SCL Merger.

where are you located at?
