@ob2be Yes, I just comb it out carefully once it's dry, following the wave with the comb. It won't look like finger waves anymore, though, just like soft, evenly wavy hair. Perhaps there's a happy medium that you can set with hair spray? I haven't messed around with this much but I will let yo...

@HotPhlash Thanks for the suggestion. I stopped the first top wave alongside the part because my hair model had a very pronounced part and I found it too difficult to turn the wave on such a tight radius. As I've gotten more practice, though, I can see that it creates a cleaner effect.
