My name is Laura and I'm 17. I love working and being around horses! I have a 22 year old Tennesse Walking mare named Dixie Bell, "Dixie" for short. She is an independant, strong willed, and special horse! I also have a 3 almost 4 year old Thoroughbred gelding named Jesse. Jesse's show name is Jesse's Classic Moment! He is a smart, gentle, and loving individual. Right now I am working on training Jesse in Hunt Seat and I hope soon I can get him ready to show.
I have been around horses all my life and don't know what I would without them in my life! My dream is to find a perfect job for me that I can spend everyday working with horses and just injoying the friendship that they are so capible of giving!
I ride at Cross Creek Stables(which is owned by my grandma) where Dixiebell is currently staying and hopfully Jesse will soon join her in the spring. I am so excited to work on my riding on Jesse and learn as much as I can.
