@shugocharagirl100 year 9 is 13-14 years old, and almost every school in Britain has a uniform, with the exception being 6th forms quite a lot of the time don't have them.

how flexible were you before you started your training? i'm hyper flexible, but i get stuck trying to get my head to look through my feet in a bridge still but i can backbend quite far apart from that, any idea on how long it'll take?
