I love Cicero! When reading his journals you can see his slow descent into madness and you just feel so sorry for him. Who else is Cicero's adoring fan? ;) personally I think he's one of the most interesting characters in the game :)

@xDisturbed13 also you gotta remember this is a youtube video - when you actually own the game and are playing it through your console on a good tv/monitor it would make a difference. I love how he says it was stolen a while ago and she doesn't see anything, even though it was right in front of her stall and it happened moments before :') I prefer the version where they speak Japanese, it makes it feel more real to me. It's a fantastic game either way.

@justin123323 I'm still really impressed with how far ahead of its time the Dreamcast was! I never played the Xbox version but what you've got to remember is the Dreamcast was released in 1999, with the Xbox being 2002; we all now how dramatically technology can advance in 3 years so I would imag...
