Memorial sculpture of slain San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk (1930-1978) at the top of the stairs outside of the Board of Supervisors chamber in City Hall. The base of the bust includes a quotation from Harvey Milk, and three bas reliefs - one of the candlelight memorial vigil, one of Harvey Milk as a U.S. Navy officer, and one of Harvey Milk riding in a convertible car in the San Francisco Gay Freedom Day Parade.
