There is nothing to get or understand in music like this. You either FEEL it or you don't. And if you can't feel this, then I'm sorry. This is one of the most purely visceral pieces of art I have ever experienced. This is monolithic.

This song is really funny. Even the refrain alone and the mocking tone just gets me laughing. Stuff like this is why this album is so good.

Pretty much the most realistic dream sequence I have seen in any movie. This is a great film about painful self-reflection, the doubts of one's self and the regrets of life. An underrated but excellent film from Allen.

@DeutscheRitter1 Uhhh.....no. What separates hip hop and makes it its own genre IS the fact that it comes from its own culture, its own language, if you will. This is a song dripping in societal angst, and changing it in a more "perfected" form would no less than completely ruin it.

You are a retard. Scorsese and Spielberg make essentially the same exact point about the Ethan Edwards character, and the film does make it clear that the character is racist. Blatantly clear.

Amazing how collaborative the process of creating cinema is. The film wouldn't be the same (or anything close to it) without Greenwood's profoundly powerful music.
